I hate when I find that 'perfect' one and can't use it either. Well if animagi are supposed to be registered perhaps that is why? They don't want someone to 'frame' someone else? I mean, I'd hate to see someone else be a big black dog and then get in trouble when Sirius does something dumb. not that he would ever have done that
