I can't download that file at all, it gives me an error. XD;
What program did you use to make these gorgeous banners? I just need it to be in a format where 1. I can open it, and 2. I can edit it (change the text and pic, etc). Whatever you would save it as to keep the layers so you could edit it later, basically. :O
